Causes of people are lazy to do sport.

Assignment.

Lazy to do something is a normal and of course it happens to everyone and also in the sport. But nowadays in globalization era, many people are lazy to do sport and forget how to keep their body stay healthy. We know that one of hundred methods to keep our body stay healthy is doing sport. There are so many benefits of doing a sport and of course for our body. Doing sport can prevent diabetes, make sleeping is better and repair brain and mood. So, why we still do not doing it? There are several causes why people are lazy to do a sport. Reason why people are lazy divided to 3 aspects. The aspects are time, environment and awareness.  



So many people think that they don’t have time for doing a sport. Doing sport will spend much time. They usually can’t give their time for doing sport and like to spend their time for another activity like watching television, play video game, busy with their gadget or spend time for activity which do not have benefit. Long hour working is being the main reason why people are lazy for doing sport. Work full time and have to “work over-time” make them spend all the rest time for sleep. Sleep is a good activity but if you don’t doing a sport, it will make your body easy to get tired even you have slept before and influence other activity.
Environment can determine someone life style. Work place with busy people usually makes people think doing sport is not important or don’t have a place for doing sport. Person who has a house around busy people make them don’t have a partner for doing sport. Small office or don’t have a large yard also can be cause laziness. 

Although they know about the benefits of doing sport, but they still don’t do it because they lack of awareness. Fat people usually have a lot of health problem. They have a bad life style because consuming food over needed and don’t do a sport for burning their fat. They know how to be a healthy people but still don’t act. And this happen not only for people who has a big body but also to everyone.

Laziness come from a mind-set about doing sport need a large place, spend much time and very make someone tired. The fact is doing sport don’t need large place, because doing a simple sport just need spirit and act, don’t spend much time because doing sport can be a daily activity like running to the office or using stair not lift. Knowing about benefit, we have to realize that keep our body with doing sport is important. So 30 minutes for a week is not spending much time right? Change your laziness from now and be a healthy person for a better future.
